You don't have to do a parasite cleanse if you don't fit the profile of parasite infection, and you don't have to do a kidney cleanse if you dont' have stones or other indications of kidney problems. For the average person, kidney cleansign is a gentle process to be done after several liver flushes. Dr. Clark's recommendations are for people with cancer; if you don't have cancer dont' think you have to follow all her recommendations, they're pretty severe intervention. Always go for the least amount of intervention and only increase if it is ineffective for yoru needs. In other words, don't use a crane to kill a mosquito, the crane might hit you instead.
You can quite effectily cleanse the liver without flushing. flushing is actually more important for the gallbladder. The liver can manage without it if you do it right. My liver notes go over all the herbs and such, so please be sure and read both liver notes in the FAQ, but here's a quick rundown:
Cleansing Carrot salad daily (see cleansing salad recipes in FAQ)
Lecithin and flax seed oil daily
beet supplements, or eating beets, juicing beets
Drink this juice daily: carrot/apple/beet/parsley
Vit B complex every-other day
Dr. Cabot's Livatone - small bottle, taken once
Planetary Formula's Bupleurum Liver Cleanse - take entire bottle.
Cleansing drink 2x daily
Coffee or Epsom Salt enemas.
Avoid refined sugar, flour, oranges, black pepper, bananas, other tropical fruits.
Hope that helps! :)
