In case you want some more tips, I had hives for 8 years. Yes, defintely follow the protocol that shelley suggests. cleaning the colon is the way of life for me. skin brushing helps the skin and lymph system---a must with this proble. You need to do a parasite cleanse too, there will be parasites from all the junk in the colon. you should flush your liver also. That will help, if you cannot use coffee enemas. rebounding and exercising is a must (you need oxygen). In any and all cases I suggest Bio-resonance, the QXCI or SCIO machines. this is because the immune system gets used to reacting to everything and will NOT shut off. the frequency from this machine will regulate your immune system again and eliminate allergies permanently. In fact, you can check out the QXCI forum and there is info on where to find a practioner and lots of details. I would not have recovered without it.

a suppliment called ALka Max helped my hives, i found it throough the QXCI treatment (b/c it actually tells you what to take), so you can try it. no two people are the same, but I am sure you are acidic and alka max works relly well at bringing the body up to the proper pH.
