Thanks to everyone, how would I take this oil ( I assume virgin coconut oil?) in the morning, before meals, with meals after?? Still haven't done a live flush yet, have to do a parasite cleanse first and have yet been able to afford the stuff. Any suggestions?? I would prefer a tincture since I had awareness prasite cleanse ages ago and it made me so sick I couldn't keep taking it, I am thinking with a tincture I can build up to getting used to it.

It sure stinks to be small, takes hardly any weight at all to bust out of your clothes. I stand 5 feet tall and weigh 110 (fat for me) and I swear nothing fits, I usually weigh anywhere from 102 to 105.

How tall are you shelley?? (nosey I know!!)
