Thanks for your words of support. I'm out of the dumps today, and feeling stronger. I've read 7 Weeks, and done the supplements, but I've been a big supplement user for some years now, probably why I am still relatively healthy! I'll have a look at Cousen's book - no harm in more knowledge - I do believe it is power! I'm going to abstain after I get the holiday season over with - managed to stay sober for Jan, Feb & March of last year, then was able to control my use under a "harm reduction" or "behavior modification" type approach. Then all hell broke loose again! The first step for me is to lose the booze for a while, then make decisions after i've been sober. I look forward to talking more!
