Water fasting sounds like a good approach. So hard over the holidays though! I was brewing kudzu root, as posted in my messages above, but I've been back on the booze again - 10 beers lastnight. I feel like absolute crap today, and wish I wasn't a drunk anymore - yup, the old hangover Depression has set in! I feel a lot of pain in my former gallbladder area still, so I think I will try a couple of Liver Cleanses over the next couple of weeks, and use the kudzu more regularly. Then I'll try a fast. Don't think I could do just water, but I might do lemon and vegie juices too. Will keep you posted. Thanks for telling me your story - it helps to know there are others outthere like me!
