I've printed your "why things work" on the fridge, but I'm off to the herbalists, the health food store and grocery store to get the supplies. I can't wait.

I still am so happy with my chamomile / mint tea with honey and my freshly juiced vegies and fruits when I'm craving. Gosh. Makes a bigee difference.
