I have started a Colon Cleanse using the Awareness Experience product. I am currently up to 4 capsules per day soon to try 5.

Prior to the cleanse I averaged one BM per day. Typically I felt they were incomplete and often strained at the end.

Now after about 2 weeks, I have one to two per day. They are very loose. Sometimes they occured on an emergency basis, meaning that I must find a toilet right away because ready or not here it comes! Not liquid but not solid either. Loose and granular Is this the way it should be?

I will continue and try more. I want things to normalize before I start the parasite removal phase with Paraway Plus.
