Did your sister read anything about heavy metal contamination in children's vaccines? These metals, like mercury, are absorbed by the brain and nerves. She may consider a great product "metal detox" by nature's sunshine made of cilantro not chemicals. she can buy it on the web, it may help. But she should get in touch with Dr. Hal Huggins association at Hugnet.com and read some books on it like, Its All in your head by Hal Huggins and others by Cutler. There is a forum devoted to this issue here. autism has been reversed. Make sure he does not eat from cans, and the pots she cooks in should be stainless steel or the ones from Dr. Hulda Clark 's Store online. They are a metal free ceramic. Most neurological problems are metals in the teeth, or food, or vaccines, even pesticides have metals in it. Most cancer patients must do a metal detox first before they can even begin to get better because it is such a strain on the immune system.
My hair falls out sometimes, I am still detoxing a lot. I have a lot of toxicity from chemical labs that I worked in. These things get stuck in you. I take metal detox too. The less toxic you are the healthier your hair will be. any vitamin deficiency can lead to hair problems. L-tyrosine nourishes the thyroid (helps hair, you can double up on it. Nature's sunshine also has good herbs for thyroid. How is your pH, mine was bad--very acidic, I am using Alka Max by trimedica to alkalize my pH. You can take a tsp of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate or potassium bicarbonate) before bed. That helps the acid to be neutralized. The day I started doing that i noticed a difference in my skinand hair right away, and its so cheap! Many things to do to cleanse the body-- parasite cleanse is important also. I like Hanna Kroeger's products.
Sobbing , crying, laughing, screaming is all good! You probably keep your feelings to your self and hold back, leading to emotional build up that led to the eating disorders. That is what it was for me. I find that I apologize constantly for my emotions, and say "stop crying, why are you crying?", but that is wrong. Its very cathartic to cry. You must let it all out for your own health and sanity! you will go crazy if you don't. Until we both do that instinctively we will be at risk of returning to bulimia and anorexia and other addictions. Its a lot of work, but everyday it will get easier. I am sure your Mom is not helping, but in a tactful way (i don't know how exactly) maybe you can diffuse the tension. If not, go jogging or do something to get the frustration out when she is insensitive towards you. Do you have an outlet for your frustrations? (not eating)
Talk to you soon,
G
