You say it started with a large bowel movement and also coinciding with your new diet. This is what can hapen when we have intestinal problems. Candida and parasites and other problems are working under layers of relative crap and mucus layers. When you first begin to cleanse these layers are revealed and what was semi protected by the mucus layers is brought to the surface to heal like a wound, and as is said healing comes in cycles. We feel relief followed by irritation followed by longer relief followed perhaps by more irritation until it balances out. Many of us have been through this to varying extremes. Much good advice has been offered are you ready to get past the stage you are at now (a thinking one) and actually do what you know? (a Be-ing one)?
