I would never ever normally do this, but I have been on another forum and I have so many people interested in alternatives, but I've got this small group that is instilling fear mongering, etc. All of these people are taking tons and tons of drugs (One actually went to testify for Vioxx). Others are going in to have their cartilage scraped....OMG. And this is for a condition, although painful, is not deadly, and I cured myself of due to the advice and the wonderful support of my Curezone friends. I wrote something so eloquent about how I feel, now I'm getting hit from all sides, supportive and unsupportive. I need to hit one out of the ballpark, and I don't think I'm eloquent enough to answer this. I feel embarrassed, and a bit ashamed I can't do this one myself, but I'm so close.....So I'm going to post the major detractor's reply to my eloquence. Boy, I could use some help......I was not in the least shoving Liver Flushes and the like down their throats, even though I did say that the onset of my recovery started with a liver flush, Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse. I made an empassioned post to take control of drug use, say no to surgery until all the evidence was in, and research like crazy. Good non-commercial website links seems to work good for this group (they post the AMA, CDC et al sites).

You sound like someone who has been inspired and empowered, and I
believe it is that which is making you feel better. The remedies you
listed ( liver flush, colon flush, parasite flush ) are all well know
snake oil, all of those organs are entirely self cleansing. If you
have toxicity in those organs you need surgery not olive oil and lemon
juice. You felt betrayed by your doctors and the medicine they were
giving you; that alone can make you sick. Once you chose to feel
better you felt better.

Alternative medicine at best does little and is a crutch that people
to make them feel healthy, at worst it's fatal and expensive advice
given to the desperate. The sites you posted is just a small example
of the deception and trickery that they use to make people buy their
products.

This is just one site and a few links that are completely false, FUD,
and designed by alternative health practitioners to scare people away
from the treatment they need. Almost every article I read was at best
inflammatory and at worst a bald face lie. I am not Dr or a
practitioner of any type, but a basic understanding of rhetoric and
logic make these site laughable to me.

Good overall health is a laudable goal, one that can be reached
through a traditional nutritionist and exercises. Use of unproven
treatments is completely unnecessary to regain control of your medical
health."
