im on the long lead up to my first flush and i have planned out my route carefully..i am on my 2nd Oxypowder flush and have done a clark parasite cleanse. i am considering buying primal defense however my question is when is it best to take probiotics to replenish the intestinal flora when having done a bowel cleanse? i thought maybe during the Oxypowder cleanse...however then i thought if i take primal defense or something similar during an Oxypowder cleanse that the oxypowder would flush the probiotic out...am i right? therefore would it be better to start taking probiotics straight after i have finished the oxypowder?
