Hmmm, when you start bowel cleansing AND parasite cleansing, all wonder of things will exit your body...mucously looking stools seem to be reported pretty frequently around here.

The longer, more fully formed, extreme mucoid plaque ropes that you see pictures of, generally only occur when releasing the last layer of build-up & mucoid plaque from the lining of our colon. Many people never see them at all, as they assume that cleansing the bowel for several weeks should produce them...and generally speaking, that's not the case. From my reading of testimonies and study, it seems like several weeks of P&B type cleansing, followed by more of the same AND a juice fast or The Master Cleanse fast, seems to cause the most cleansing and extreme releases of mucoid plaque 'ropes'.

I'm concerned about your "Cayenne". Good Cayenne (which is virtually NEVER available from your local health food stores or supermarkets) is basically worthless. It's simply not 'hot' enough to start with, then it has been powdered, dried, and stuffed into capsules (which causes it to lose most ALL of it's essential oils and healing benefits).

In order to receive the fabulous benefits for which Cayenne is noted, you MUST take high-quality Cayenne. The Heat Unit (HU) rating/number should be ABOVE 150,000...and as close to 300,000 as you can find. If you're using Cayenne of that quality, you DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT ENCAPSULATED.
