I am using the Moritz protocol (6 days of apple juice, Epsom Salts and olive oil/grapefruit on the 6th day) and will be doing my 4th cleanse on Thursday (with the full moon). I am slowly but surely feeling better and better. I find that by 10pm on the 6th day after eating fruit all day that I cannot wait for the oil/juice mix to fill my stomach. To anyone considering the liver cleanse, please have a colonic the day of/before AND 2-3 days after the cleanse and drink the kidney tea after the 3rd or 4th cleanse. As for the parasite cleanse(Clarke's protocol), I am not completely sure of the benefit of that - any thoughts?
