Lyme disease is referred to as "the great mimicker". It's sometimes misdiagnosed as MS, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia etc. Here's a good site on an alternative treatment for Lyme:

Mercury has been thought to be a cause of MS as well, so if you can it would be good to replace your mercury dental fillings if you have any.

Additionally, nutrition is a good first start, but I would also study up on how parasites in general, are the cause of many diseases (they are more common than people have been led to believe) I would get a Zapper (Dr. Hulda Clark model) to help you feel better.
