Hi Steph,

I have had the same problem for years and have tried many, many things. I don't know if it is yeast related or not. My next plan of attack is to apply a pascalite clay paste to my heels overnight. Will let you know how it works. I have been doing liver flushes, kidney cleanses, parasite cleanses, bowel cleanses, etc., ad nauseum, but nothing really seems to help that much.
