Thank you very much for your response. It is not exactly a pain but a dull annoying feeling.

You are saying to "take some Epsom Salts now". How much and how should I take some?

I can't wait to do another flush. I am waiting for the Hulda's herbs for kidney and parasite cleanses as well.

I am so excited to become healthy.
