I have now completed 2 cleanses. The first one was very unpleasent due to some factors that were my fault, my last meal was fatty etc. I thought id try a second one the following week ( Hulda Clark s), i have just completed it and did not find any stones. I had some discomfort but generally it went very well. I am now thinking the lack of stones maybe due to parasites, as i did not go one the parasite prog beforehand.

Should i go ahead and do that now do u think or could it just be i don't have any stones to come out?
