She should focus on Antibiotics and diet and get that cleared up before trying to do a parasite cleanse. She can do Clarkia , that one is a tincture and may help add to the Antibiotics power, but the rest should wait until her stomach lining has healed somewhat. It is a concern, whether it's smart to take any kind of walnut while the stomach is compromised. Check the parasite post in the fAQ for a list of options. Colonix is getting good reviews.

The Antibiotics will come with their own directions that she should follow. the broths post has recipes and instructions, or she can find a good deli or butcher that makes good broths. Packaged store-bought is a last resort, still okay for eating in general but not for healing.

She can just eat lecithin in the Protein Shake, which will give her what she needs to heal her stomach lining.

Any kind of deficiency or sudden metabolic change can cause loss of hair, hair follicles are quite sensitive.
