I am really new to all this, as you can tell by my last messgae!
I am really interested in doing a flush as I know I have parasites and my gallblader is showing signs of drudgery, I have so many questions but will try and keep this short. With my reflux I am suppose to stay away from oils and fats, which I do religiously, so how will it go drinking a glass of oil with the flush? Also I was just wondering when you are doing the flush particularly the olive oil part, is it still possible to go to work and go about your usual routine? Why am I imagineing being at work and getting my self into a quandry? lol My naturopath is giving me drops for the parasites at the moment and says it could be a while before they are cleared, is this possible with out a flush? I am so unsure. Gill
