Hello all
I have done 2 Liver Flushes and a parasite cleanse and was quite knocked back by them. Fatigue, nausea etc. every second day for over a week following.
Then I went to a doctor and had 2 TSH tests done. Levels were 5.17 and 5.27 respectively. I have a prescription for thyroxine which I will get tomorrow although I am really wondering how I can be hypothyroid.

I have none of the symptoms except for being overweight and I have managed to drop 14 pounds in 5 weeks by eating healthy and going to a little 'gym' most days. I was pretty exhausted during my parasite cleanse which I did after the first Liver Flush and figured it might be adrenal fatigue so got many herbal teas and have been drinking them. (licorice, ginger, pau d'arco rooibos and various others). I have no idea if it is helping or not.
I do not get cold, my hair and skin are fine, and I am an overachiever in the pooping department unless I drink to much Psyllium in the P&B shakes. I am a big procrastinator but my stamina is good and I rarely get cold and usually have the windows open even when it is 40 below which is about 1/2 of the year in the arctic. I also tolerate heat pretty well although I prefer things chilly. I rarely get sick and have pretty good stamina. So what is up with that I ask myself.

Weird thing in toilet:
Tonight I decided to try a coffee enema as I overdid it with the psyllium yesterday. (my first enema) and that seemed to go okay, but 2 hours later out pops an irregulary shaped blob of white and red stuff. All by itself, no poop or coffee involved. So I prodded it with a straw a bit and came apart a bit but seemed to be still one blob. Did not look like mucus or flesh and I have been eating omly kichadi yoghurt and salmon(1 small piece of poached pink) the last three days.

I took a picture but have no idea what to do with it.

Well thanks for listening, any advice or insight greatly appreciated.

regards
Helen
