Im a newbie myself, trying to absorb as much information on here as i can, but seem like the more i read the more i get confused. I dont know if i have parasite or candida. I just know that im suffering from moderate acne. I am 21. Im on a really strict diet rite now(3weeks so far) but my diet has been healthy in general. I don't eat those fake stuff aka refined food. Diet seem to help a little but still kinda early to tell. I wish i could help you more but im just an amateur. There are so many helpful information and people here on curezone.com and im sure you'll find help.
