I do eat alot of refined sugars and juices and junk food, but I dont drink milk/cheese, because of the horrible mucous build up afterwards.

where do they sell the collidial silver rinse for my sinuses? or do I buy the pills and mix it with water? I will definately buy the sinus irrigation tool, I think one is called dr grossman irrigation tool, anyway I had bought a plastic one that looked like a kettle, I forgot the name of it, it was made in switzerland.

also today i coughed and a white smelly thing came out, but the funny thing is that I dont have tonsils so i am not sure where that came from, since its teh first time that has happened, i started using pyotricin peridontal powder cause my gums are very tender, and its supposed to help clear bacteria in teh throat, so I am not sure if that was why that mucous deposit came out.
