Hi,

This can happen when somebody is a bit dehydrated too. You may consider drinking more water. Lots and lots in fact-not mixed with anything else.

Prior to doing a parasite cleanse, it is always a good idea to do a bowel cleanse.

Since you've been on anti-biotics for a long time, look into candida as a possible culprit.
