Hi guys, I have been feeling really tired and have pains all over. I have been having head pains since last July. My stomach feels constipated. I feel like crap all over. I don't think my doctor can do anything so I decided to take charge. I want to do all of Dr. Clark's programs. I want to do all of them because I don't mind and I just want to make sure that I can clean my system up as much as I can. I need your guys help. What should I start out with? Where do I get (buy) everything to do each program? Can someone help me put a list together in correct order to do the programs? Are there any programs I can do together? Any other suggestions or hints you guys might have? Thanks.



These are the programs I think but I don't know if they are in order?

parasite Cleanse
Tapeworms, Ascaris Cleanse
Bowel Cleanse
kidney cleanse
Liver Cleanse


P.P.S. I got Dr. Schulze 's Superfood because I wanted to start strengthening my system. Will Superfood conflict with any of the programs above?
