See if you can:
get some sun
drink more broths and EmergenC - avoid ACV in case your bowels are totally irritated
Get more super-green foods - Perfect Food, E3live, or barley grass powder with chlorella/spirulina, or liquid chlorophyll
back off slightly on herb tabs/tea but take more fiber for 2 days
and do a DETOX BATH ASAP! :) (skip the niacin or just take 20 mg)
man oh man releasing that many parasites ... yeesh! I'm thinking I'll do the Colonix parasite cleanse next month. I'm treating my dogs for roundworm this month.
