As far as diet, I think I had (and have) a pretty decent diet, avoid junk foods, eat whole grains, etc...so I didn't have to make major changes. The only major diet change was switching to water instead of drinking fruit juices all the time, even when I did that though, I still had high blood sugar. After parasite cleanse it went back to normal. I did have some itchiness when doing it, nothing major, but noticeable. Right now I just started doing basic colon clean/liver cleanse, not so much based on a specific need, more of a maintenance thing (once a year, this is my first one). When I started the Colon Cleanse I did get more itchiness around sides, and on upper arms, I swabbed those areas with rubbing alcohol and that reduced it a lot.
