November of 2002, I gave myself a enema and to my surprise, I expelled 2 handfuls of white spaghetti looking stuff(parasites) I use a coliander/strainer to catch what comes out. Yhis freaked me out so I bet my main problem is parasites, Hum? The symptoms of candida & parasite are similar and I haven't been testes for either but I know I have weak adrenal through a ASI test. Well, I could buy the bulk gotu kola from my health food store but how do I prepare it? Also, I am taking Holistic horizons Bowel Cleanse and I have a parasite tinture but don't know when to use it. Do I add it to the holistic horizons shake or wait for about 1 hour or 2? I heard melatonin makes you groggy the next day, is this true to anyone? I have some 5 htp in my supplement bag so maybe I will get it out and use it if it hasn't expired.
Shelleycat, how do you feed the adrenals? I didn't catch that post. I would sure like to read it. I am tired of waking up tired. It really seems like I am detoxing because I am having these ups & downs. Some days I wake up energetic and ready to go, then other days I wake up feeling foggy & tired. This has been happening within the past 2-3 weeks since I have really gotten my diet under better control and the ACV, DETOX!!! My body most be drawing the energy from my organs and regulating itself, (the power of positive thinking!:)smiles
