just checking up on an update from all you meat eaters..

i am eating meat every single night , with my daily parasite killer combo-
onions,garlic,hot peppers
not only does it kill the lil buggers but i feel as if it helps
digestion TREMENDOUSLY and my stomach is less in knots.

well done, sometimes medium and *possibly* going back to -yikes-
RARE on occasions (with only organic beef!)
(unless you've eaten rare/raw meat, you simply do NOT understand the
urges!!!!)

i can't stand it!
i basiclly feel like i am feining for raw meat!
i think somethings up..the full moon comes out and i am getting urges
for flesh
