Hey fsnaturelady, could you expand a little more on the onions and parasites topic and also explain if Aajonus states it is okay to cook meat? I have been eating raw meat for a while but I got sick a couple times (could have just been from the meat being old though). I could easily eat everything else raw and maybe just take enzymes (ParaZyme) with meat and maybe eat a raw egg before the cooked meat to help digest. Raw meat tastes great but I'm just a little worried about the state of today's processing.

I plan on purchasing his two books but just wanted these two topics cleared up: onions and cooked meat.
