Hi there,
I too have decided I am going to try to do enemas everydat for a few weeks or perhaps a month. I have candida nd pinworms, which live in your colon area, so this seems like an obvious rememdy for me (and takes away my symptoms instantly).
Anyway, J. V. was saying he had a very dry mouth--make sure that in all your enemas you use a small amount of natural sea dalt. I always do, but last night I had NO salt left. I did a few enemas, about 2qts a piece and I think I got some very serious dehydration. I was so weak this morning I hardly came to work. Basically I got up and drank 4 quarts of water plus ate some salt and finally som Emergen-C and then some breakfast and started to feel ok. My symptoms were a really dry mouth and I also got very hot in the middle of the night and the am, even tho my windows are open and it's cool. So hopefully you all know about the salt thing and are not deyhrating. I think the salt is useful even if you have other additives, such as chorophll, etc.
My other ideas/ questions on enemas: Sometimes I just don't have the time to heat the water, take some in, let it out, take more in, etc. It usually ends up taking about 45 minutes. On days that i dont have the time I try to at least do a quick enema of a quart or 2 or 3--I know this is not ideal but hopefully it helps.
A lot of what I get out is undigested and cloudy--Is this normal?? On days when I feel somewhat constipated are the only days that things seem "whole". could also be that lately I cam back on anti- parasite herbs and those are hell for my digestion / elimination.
My post-enema release often smells like burnt toast.. not sure why.
Ok, have fun with your enemas!
Jessie
