Yes, I did just one liver flush. I have been taking primal defense...maybe not enough. How much do you think I should take?
Also, I forgot to tell you I've been taking milk thistle for a week or two....maybe that explains my tiredness.
I know I can benefit from another Liver Flush b/c the stones just kept on coming out! I probably have a lot more. Is it ok to do when I'm taking celebrex? and what about the parasite cleanse? I think it was on Hulda Clark 's website, it said to do the parasite cleanse first and then liver flush, but that means I have to wait like 6 weeks! And she said that stones won't come out if you have parasites, but stones came out for me. So I think I should do Liver Flush now, then parasite cleanse, and the another liver flush....and take triphala every night meanwhile.....what do you think?
And hopefully,that's ok to do while taking the celebrex.
