HELLO everyone,
I just wanted to share my progress with everyone as maybe someone will find it useful. A year ago I wore my poor little body out big time, changed jobs, arguments with friends, boyfriend and a big trip to Japan. Well after Japan I was VERY weak and malnourished as lived on fast food for two weeks and was pushing my body before then. I came back from Japan very shaky, hypoglycemic, moody, snappy when hungry, eating literally every hour!!
Found out candida was probably the problem and went off everything except water, lemon, organic meats, fish and low carb veggies. This has been my diet for 8 months now. It controlled my blood sugars and energy but I was still eating every 2 hours otherwise I would have a shaking, crying panic attack.
Now I have corrected this although I still don't think I'll be able to tolerate sugars for a long time as candida is still round the corner and my adrenals a wacked. I have energy to do daily bits and bobs, go to work, out in the evening but digestion is poor and I have to be careful not to overdo it.
SO!! I know have three meals a day instead of about seven. Hypoglycemia for me has been controlled or corrected by the Hulda Clark parasite cleanse, the zapper (took about 2 weeks to feel the difference and now I zap a few times a week), lots of magnesium, lemon juice & himilayan crystal salt water, bowel cleanse, recognising that sometimes hunger is thirst. I also take good quality fish oils, this has helped my brain a lot and maybe even my stomach. I'm also taking B-complex and milk thistle and manganese. I'm trying to reduce the milk thistle as I know it's lowering my manganese which helps control hypoglycemia.
It's only since the zapper I've felt a difference. All the other things helped. I think it was either candida or some sort of other parasite stuck to my adrenals and pancreas or the same year I got very ill I'd started eating sushi. I've heard that fish Tapeworms can make you constantly hungry and anaemic (yep) and very malnourished. This was certainly me.
Right now I'm preparing for my first Liver Flush on Sunday. My candida keeps coming back, and my liver hurts ever since a half hearted accidental liver flush, I think there's a stone stuck. I hope my kidneys and possible leaky gut (does it really exist?) can handle this and I know I'm going to get healing reactions but I can hardly eat anything because of the nasty gallstone.
I'm also going to try and clean up my diet after this.
Hope some of this helps people but just thought I'd write it all down!!
Mrs Lady
