Barry, thanks for the positive words - and the co-visualization, too! :)

No, I don't think the other juices would hinder the results in any way. The
online cleanses don't include them, but I think that's partly because the
online cleanses are kept as simple as possible. Since the garlic doesn't
technically serve a purpose other than antiparasitic, that's just sort of the
icing on the cake, so to speak (mmmm garlic icing?) for the parasite cleanse
I had just completed. So there would be no reason for online cleanses to
include it. And the radishes in the apple juice - well, that's just for
additional bile flow. not necessary - just an enhancement. The only way
that the ginger might have affected things is that it soothes the stomach
lining, where the ES that people usually use does just the opposite. I can't
see that this would hinder the expulsion of what's in the gallbladder.
Thanks for your concern, though.

As for the parasite cleanse, I never "felt like I needed it" either. Same
with the bowel cleansing. I know I'll sound like a doomsayer here, but just
because there are currently no symptoms, that doesn't mean that the internal
organs are in the best shape they can be. I work in a retirement community
and so every day at work I'm around people whose bodies are failing them in
one way or another and it's all chalked up to the "natural" aging process.
Well, I happen to think that's a bunch of bull and that if people knew more
about keeping their internal organs clean and working well, they could avoid
a lot of the discomfort that people experience as they get older. I plan to
live to 100 and die in my sleep with a smile on my face. :)

But any parasite or bowel cleansing that I do will be done with natural
methods. I won't consider using medication for this. There's no need, in my
opinion. If I found that I had a 25 foot Tapeworm inside of me (totally
gross thought) I would still continue using natural methods. That's just my
personal preference. I don't take aspirin/tylenol either or antacids or cold
medicine. There's too much of a tradeoff. It might make symptoms go away,
but it might mask the real cause of the problem. It also puts an added
strain on the liver which already has too much to do to bother with
eliminating pharmaceuticals. I know I'm on a soapbox here, but I feel very
strongly, for myself, about taking medication. I completely respect the
choices of others, but that's my own choice. I have a long way to go in
improving my lifestyle, but that's a definite choice I've made. Other things
will get worked on over time. :)

getting down off soapbox.....
