your problem with alcohol might be just a symptom of your other health problems, including low blood Sugar and parasites. I recall a recent discussion I think in the hypoglycemia or parasite forum about someone who totally walked away from alcoholism just by addressing low blood Sugar issues... your body craves the alcohol because it gives you an immediate blood Sugar spike. please check it out, I think it would help you.
