Yes! You can drink water! If you are hypoglycemic, you can even drink some home made fat-free soup.

Yes, you can drink lemonade until 2pm the day you start liver cleanse.

There is no difference.
Liver Flush - liver cleanse will flush both, liver and gallbladder.

She said her colon was clean and pink when she was watching the procedure the next day. Can I use that as an effective colon cleanse? It seems all the other Colon Cleanses take so long to complete.

Any laxative can flush "clean" colon.
Natural laxatives like large dose of Vit C, or magnesium sulfate ....
Enema can flush colon.

But, flush is not the same as bowel cleanse.
Flush is only a part of a bowel cleanse.

Inner tissue of the colon may contain heavy metals and other toxins.
Any tissue of human body may have high level of toxins.
Simple flush is not enough to cleanse those toxins.

Colon can be "dirty", full of mucoidal plaque.
Simple flush may not be enough to flush mucoidal plaque glued on the colon wall.

Different parasites may live inside small intestine and inside colon.
Simple flush is not enough to get those parasites out.
