Are you taking cilantro or things that would move the mercury around. Mercury could make you this sick and coupled with die off toxins could cause toxic overload. You can redistribute it if you are not careful. I opted to chelate with DMPS to to it quickly.

I would be careful about your diet. While it would be good to eat easily digested foods, I would steer clear of the simple carbs and sugar. Try some buckwheat, cooked vegetables, fresh mozarella cheese in water, or fish. These foods are easily digested and would also not feed the candida.

I do not know too much about parasites and if they can make you sick like this. I imagine they could.
