I began my 1st cleanse yesterday at 2 pm. I had a colonoscopy on tues. so I felt I was rather "clean". I didn't do a parasite
cleanse as the gall bladder pain has been so intense for such a long time that I decided to just go for the gall bladder cleanse.

I have filled a small jar with very large, green gall stones. Some of the 20 or so larger stones that I kept were as big as my
thumb nail (about 3/4" long). I probably passed around 1000 stones altogether (green and tan). I will "cleanse" again in
2 weeks. I will also take the jar of stones to my gastroenterologist and see what he thinks of the procedure.

However, I WILL make some changes next time.

I found the Epsom Salt potion was the roughest part of the 'procedure'. I had a difficult time swallowing the epsom salt/water
mixture--the taste is still in my mouth. This am. I didn't think I could swallow anymore of it. I decided that for the next cleanse
I will use freshly pressed apple or pineapple juice instead of water. Maybe that will make it bearable.

I just found this site last weekend. I felt somewhat skeptical several times-even yesterday when I began. But all of your
