Personally I really feel it's important to do a good Colon Cleanse first. The best and most effective and easiest one I did was Oxypowder . Lots of folks find it stops the constipation. I felt it was important to clean the colon before the Liver Flushes so the stones and toxins from the flush would go out more easily. Then I did the parasite stuff after that. I've seen that it's necessary to conquer the parasites to get rid of candida. After that - anti-candida protocol.
