i havent tried the pills. i dont need to. washing with that soap,doing a Bowel Cleanse and watching my Sugar intake forwhile along with a parasite cleanse got rid of the issue.

use some clean and clear on it after you get out of the shower and a couple times in the day if you sweat. it will go away even faster.

a pair of scrubby gloves or a skin brush will get your normal color back more quickly too.
