well the Sea Salt is all natural. i used the kind without Iodine and that wasnt refined. and thats all i used.
Epsom Salts is another version. i never heard the baking soda part. it does have salt as part of the ing. though.

perhaps you felt sick too from the exposure of chemicals because you were already doing the parasite cleanse.

i would just try the 1 cup of unrefined/unidodized and see how you feel with that.
