this is totally a die off experience.

try taking some red clover to help clean your blood and avoid headaches etc.
i got these dull that would go to shooters when i first started a parasite cleanse that also attacked yeast. and i also got it on the follow up Water Fast (which really kills yeast)

and the water suggestion above should def. be followed. i find that if i drink 2 or three glasses right as i feel the headache (red clover or not)it makes it go away.
