Colonix-- a very good cleanse. I love it. I was unable to tolerate the parasite herbs but I took the fiber, and still do on occasion. I must be careful though not to use too often. The psyllium gets my gut pain flared up good! I wish I could say it restored my peristalisis- it did not. The only time my bowels got moving on their own was when I was taking a probiotic called InnerGarden Flora. It stopped again after about 6 months though :-(. I don't know if perhaps the yeasties got used to it? Damn yeast beasts!!!
