read post, but esp towards the end to see the dioxin counts of fish.

remember that dioxin has a HALF life of 7 years!!

The fish you eat today, if dioxin is in that fish will take 7 years for 1/2 of it
to be processed out !

the levels for fish can vary in either direction higher or lower/ depending on the
fish itself and where caught etc.

parasites are bad enough in raw animal food.. all the rest of the additives are
just as bad, from the preservatives and color adds etc.

The means of slaughter are so horrendous.
you are what you eat and the experiences of the foods you eat are as well
consumed and become a part of you .
please take the time to honestly look at what you support when you buy and consume
animal produce.
there are far better means to meet all areas of nutrition if you really want to .
