These are some supplements that you may like to try that are antifungal, antiviral, or antibacterial.

Grape Fruit Seed Extract GSE
Kolorex
Pau D'arco
Neem
Oregano oil
tea tree oil
Yeast Fighters- Twinlabs
Yeast cleanse- Solaray
Digestive enzymes- these can be a big help and may be all you need.
Colloidal Silver
Oxygen therapies- H2O2, ozone, Vitamin O
Golden Seal
Caprylic acid
There is a caster bean oil tablet I think its called SF 720?

Olive Leaf Extract
Coconut oil
Garlic- 3-4 cloves a day

I read on the parasite forum that some people with IBS have parasites so may be look in to that as well. Some antiparasitic formulas will be antifungal etc as well. Check out

With the Tea Tree Oil and oregano Oil try mixing it with olive oil or another carrier oil and massaging your feet before you go to bed. This is absorbed though your skin and has the same effect.

Just one more thing I have read that rotating your antifungals is a good idea and give your self a break from them as well. rest up look after yourself.
