Hello all,

I was wondering how long I should take acidophillus? I did a parasite cleanse, then a Bowel Cleanse and then two liver flushes....

I am unsure of how long to take the acidophillus.

Could someone please answer?

Also, I am not sure what CAndida is........ can u actually get rid of it?
