I also have sweet tooth, and it is very had when dealing with candida...
I just recently learned about mucoid plaque/parasites. It is fascinating that main-stream doctors don't talk about it.

It is a toxic build-up of fecal matter in our intestines (from improper eating, undigested foods, etc).

All of us have it to some degree, it can be several feet long, rubbery in texture, foul odor (several pounds). It is stuck to our intestines, and it makes it hard for nutrients be absorbed into the walls/blood stream. parasites and fungi love living around it. I read that it a long run it can cause many diseases, toxemia, cancer, etc.

I haven't done my cleanse yet, still deciding which one to choose.

She wrote several books on cleanses, parasites, etc. She recommends to cleanse bowels first (can be done together with parasite cleanse), then do parasite cleanse, then other organs.
Candida, as I am learning is almost always present when there are parasites in the body. So, it is very important to get rid of them in order to fight candida. I've done several candida cleanses, and it worked, but not for long. Always coming back.
