I'm no professional but I did have diarrhia for years and can honestly say that it is cured now. (Constipation is the issue now but that is another story). My advice would be to put aside the candida problem for the moment and deal with the diarrhia which is SO debilitating. For me, dairy products were the big NO NO, milk, butter, cream, cheese and yoghurt (yes, I know it is full of probiotics but it never helped my diarrhia). For the rest eat what you want, for the time being, as you need to keep your strength up.
Do a parasite programme - I did Clear by the Awareness Corporation taking the minimum dose for 3 months. If I increased the dose as was recommended I had BAD die-off. There are plenty of other parasite programmes you can choose from (maybe something that is quicker?). If you have the money do a parasite test. Perhaps your doctor will suggest it? If you have something like guardia it is notoriously difficult to detect so the laboratory should be geared up with sample pots with preservative in them. "Parascope" in the UK is very good. The lab technician told me the other day that they find evidence of guardia every week.
In the mean time it might be a useful experiment to buy a load of raw (cooking destroys some of the beneficial qualities) green organic pumpkin seeds (cheap!) and grind them up (unless you are happy eating large amounts!) and take a couple of tablespoons a day or more(in juice or whatever). Keep the rest in the fridge. This seemed to be the main ingredient in Clear (or one of them). I took this for a few months as a maintenance programme with good results and no die-off. Good for Depression and kidney problems. Only problem was that I got a real aversion to eating them after a time. I don't know why as they don't taste unpleasant?
