Here is how my first flush went:


I ate what was in the list of things I should eat and I did everything by the clock. I wasn't too early or too late for any of the steps.

After I took my first cup of Epson salt, I started experiencing chills and after laying under heavy blankets. I felt better until I took my next serving of Epson salt and got the chills again.

It was at this point when I went to the bathroom, I evacuated what looked like green broccoli that had been through the blender. It looked fresh and a pretty dark green like the broccoli they sell in restaurants. Right afterwards, there were some that looked really old and sort of gray. One was larger than everything else multiplied by 5. It had the consistency or feeling of moss. I was happy because I knew I had gotten something and I didn't even get started on the oil yet!!! : ) But I was already developing a serious migraine headache.

I stirred the grapefruit as well as I could with the olive oil, and as I drank I thought I did good. I could barely taste the oil. That was up until I got to the last half of the drink, which was pure oil. lol...

I quickly developed nausea and a migraine headache that ran from the back of my head all the way down my forehead, eyeballs, cheeks, nose and jaw. My gums were sore and I felt like I was toothing. I started grinding my teeth and had the urge to start wiggling my teeth out, but of course I know better. I knew at that point that my liver was suffering without being flushed sooner and I knew I was doing something good, even though I was suffering.

I couldn't sleep at all and by 3am, I got up and tried to keep my mind amused by going on line, playing solitare and pacing the house waiting for 6am so I can flush the oil out of my system. My head & face were in so much pain I could barely stand it. I wanted to place my head in a vice-grip to ease the pain. I was also feeling very hungry even though I was nauseous. I thought food would get that oil down better, but I knew I couldn't eat.

I vomited out my 6am epson salt dose and proceeded to start over after recovering for 10 minutes. I went to the bathroom and there were many green balls and globs. I used one of those mesh type colanders, so I cought hundreds of little balls the size of B.B. gun balls. I also had between 25 and 30 pea size or just slightly larger globs after the morning flush--bringing my count up to about 50.

I wasn't sure if some of them were actually peas because I ate mixed veggies the morning before I flushed, but I knew that the stones melt at high temperatures because they are made up of cholesterol and another oil for which I forget the name. So I ran the colander under hot water and most of them melted away, especially the little ones. I was left with about five. One I could tell was a real pea and I recognized a green bean and 2 green bean seeds. I don't know how they got past the first two Epson salt doses. This is a great trick for anyone who is hesitant to believe that these are actually stones instead of food.

By my last flush I got mostly only water, but I'm now still going to the bathroom every couple of hours and losing a couple every time along with a colony of baby B.B. bullet ones. I drank a bottle of water at 3pm to wash it down. At that point, I suffered a serious dizzy spell. I felt exhausted, weak and sick. Then I took my Threelac and ate dinner, which helped greatly. My migraine has turned into a slightly irritating headache and is slowly improving.

I'm going to do my next flush the weekend after next to see if I get more than broccoli and moss...lol. I will look up more info on the Sea Salt bath too. Thanks for your help. I love your advice!

All in all, I lost about 40-50 pea sized ones and I would guess 200-300 baby B.B. bullet ones. Only the one grayish glob was the size of 4-5 peas. There were no signs of parasites, but I did buy and take an anti- parasite remedy previous to this, so I'm not surprised.

Lets hope my Acne finally clears up, if only for a few days so I know it's woriking. I developed Acne after years of digestive problems and candida. Thanks :)
