To fill you in on what I'm doing, I'm going to start with a bowel cleanse, then killing candida, then the liver cleanse. I've been on Primal Defense for about a month and have been eating raw garlic for about 2 months, so I hope that will have already aided in some bowel cleansing. However, my biggest concern is candida and parasites. I have ALWAYS been on the thin side, and I was reading in Dr. Young's book "Sick & Tired" how a candida and parasite infestation can lead to people being excessively thin. Needless to say, along with curing my Acne this step is extremely important to me and I want to make sure I do an excellent job at it.

But here's the thing... I don't know how bad my candida is or how many parasites there are in me, and I'm not really sure how to find out. To anyone who has done a candida cleansing, how long did you spend flushing out these nasty critters and which of the recommended products do you think would work best for my situation?

Also, for future reference, if I am to ever eat bread again would taking digestive enzymes with it help prevent re-infestation of candida?
