Thanks so much aunty. I have actually been taking fish oil and evening primrose oil daily for about a month now. There has been no change yet.

How would I do a test run for metals? I do not have amalgams. I have been taking cholerella, not regularly, but I suspected metals. I realized that one of the pots I had been cooking with was a little rusted and I was scared. But I am not sure how to test for metals in my body though.

I have also done a parasite cleanse and a series of colonics- 8 in total. I didn't see anything come out in my cleanse and it made no difference in my skin.
